Get to know Dawnlyn

A promising author, Dawnlyn Holman’s passion for writing blossomed in her childhood through little stories and screenplays she frequently wrote, which has been growing to become an inviolable passion. Through immeasurable enthusiasm and consistency, Dawnlyn is giving her best shot at targeting young adults in her creative writing. Her outstanding writing skills and creativity won her the coveted National Novel Writing Month Camp title in July 2021.

The publication of Dawnlyn’s debut novel in 2011 propelled her zeal to write more. She has her name behind two novels-Teenage Memoirs and Teenage Memoirs: A Closer Look. She also boasts of an intriguing collection of short stories, All that Glitters is Not Gold. Driven by her penchant for writing, her latest release is Never Give Up on Me, which is a second novel in the trilogy Against All the Odds Series. Her first novel in this series is Take a Chance on Me.

Dawnlyn is a full–time English High School teacher who holds an Associates degree in Literature, Bachelors and a Master's in English-Creative Writing. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Curriculum and Teaching. These qualifications stand tall behind her creative writing and teaching career.

Dawnlyn Holman lives in York, Pennsylvania. When she is not teaching and writing, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, playing board games, and spending quality time with friends, family, and pets.

I live in Pennsylvania with my family, two rambunctious cats, and a new puppy.
